Is this a scam?

Hi
I got a text this morning telling me I'd won a Samsung S20 phone.  This appeared to be from Samsung and was a "second reminder" about a comp which closed in January.  
They give the names and locations of 2 other winners, but are asking for £4 to ship the phone.  I wondered if anyone else had won in this competition?

They wouldn't be asking for £4 to ship the phone if you'd won it from Samsung - so you can probably guess the answer to your question

First question is did you enter a competition to win a Samsung phone?  If so, can you provide a link to where it was posted?  

Secondly, I would not normally expect to pay to receive any prize, so I would be reluctant to pay any money or click on any links.  My gut feeling is that is a scam.

If in any doubt, you could try contacting Samsung on social media and ask them if it is actually from them.
