Just wondered why you would wait so long to claim the cash? never won on this so probably don't know what I am talking about, hope you sort ithjg123 said:I won on 17.4.20 but yesterday found my code expired and I couldn't claim the money. I have contacted ITV referring to their T's and C's where it says that the bar code will expire after 90 days. They replied "I've raised this with our interactive team to look into". Be aware!4 -
Had you already claimed and received a Bar Code by text?hjg123 said:I won on 17.4.20 but yesterday found my code expired and I couldn't claim the money. The 90 days seems to refer to a Bar Code that they supply to you by text specifically if you have elected to obtain payment from a Post Office.
The Terms initially say "The winners will be contacted by SMS within two (2) working days of the Competition in accordance with ITV’s General Competition, Prize Draw, Vote and Poll Terms and Conditions. The winners will be able to see their prize in their account on the Website. The winners must redeem their prize within twenty-eight (28) days of winner contact. If the winners fail to redeem their prize within twenty-eight (28) days of winner contact, the prize will be forfeited."
Presumably the 28 days applies if you haven't elected to Post Office payment but want it paid to your PayPal account.
This is all fully explained in post 2 of this thread.
If you had claimed a Post Office Bar Code and it has expired early, I'm sure ITV will send a replacement but if you failed the initial 28 day claim they may or may not.1 -
I had claimed and received the bar code but hadn't gone to the post office. Ours is only open 6 hours a week for urgent things I didn't go but ITV now say the code only lasts for 30 days. Having brought the T's and C's to their notice I'm waiting to hearthingamaBob said:

In that case, I don't see that they have any option but to give you another code. The terms still say that codes can be redeemed within 90 days.hjg123 said:
