It’s a shame however they was never really going to be able to take on the likes of starling and monzo.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0

What's there to cry about? They brought nothing new in an already saturated and fiercely competitive market. NatWest wasted £100m on pure hubris. They never stood any chance. The product was dead from the start, the support was abysmal and the app was breaking every few days. Their twitter feed was a disgrace - rather than fixing users issues they were closing their accounts. I say good riddance.0

How many will miss BO?
This app/account/concept was stillborn when it was given its name.2 -

My Proper Bo contribution on the original Bo announcement was wildly underappreciated so here it is to be ignored again0

Come on be fair they did have a bright yellow debit card....0

To be honest their debit card was the best out there for colour. Their app was a failure in the making.1. They could never have compared to big online banks like starling and monzo unless they had something great to offer.2. Their parent company NatWest aren't exactly a favourite bank at the minute due to closing people's accounts down, so bo wouldn't exactly be enticing to the customers that have had their banking pulled from them for exactly no reason.0

I did quite like the colour of their Visa Debit card (not that's ever just a reason to open a bank account) but the lack of Face ID and Apple Pay meant I hardly ever used it. I do also wonder how much money they must've shelled out to replace the debit card to meet new EU standards a few months ago? It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0
