Capital Gains Tax?

Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place to ask. If my soon to be ex Husband, agrees to change the name of our joint house to my name only, are there any tax implications now or later down the line?
It's my only residence, I have no other property in my name. We bought it for £180k, and I will want to sell it later to move nearer to my family. I guess it would sell for £270k, so a gain of £70k. I envisage my next house to be around £250k if that is relevant?

If the property is your main residence then you won't need to pay Capital Gains Tax on the sale0
