savingfortomorrow said:I have two items that I might throw away lidl cien gentle cleanser. It just us not great and my skin feels tingly in a bad way after it. It does not remove makeup easily as it feels still unclean.
My new eyeliner in waterproof brown, it has the texture of melted plastic and was restrictive on the eyelid. It cost 2.38 euro and honestly I would have been better off with a cup of coffee than the eyeliner. It came off like a vinyl record that was melted.
I don't mind using a product that is great but what is the point of using up stuff that is just bad or not even great or flattering. I have nicer and sometimes it's just not worth it.sunny_money said:Lipstick declutter!
TA
Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv - Morrocan Poppy lipstick - so old, it's such a beautiful colour but a little too deep for me I think (freebie)
No7 Moisture Drench - Soft Paprika lipstick (freebie)
Max Factor Lipfinity lipstick - Hot
Clinique Pop Lip Colour + Primer lipstick - Nude (freebie)
Younique lip stain - Sappy
Burts Bees lip scrub - worst lip scrub ever!
I now own two lipsticks, one of which is nearly finished, and two lip balms, one of which is also nearly finished. I am giving myself permission to shop(carefully!!
)
Enjoy choosing some new items. I don't need to replace any toiletries but there are things I am wanting/needing for our house but I am point blank refusing to buy online (don't do much of this anyway) or in the supermarkets and am waiting to spend wisely on the high street with retailers that rely completely on foot fall or with bigger retailers to support the people working in the shops.

My LF order has arrived and I started using Inkey List Retinol Serum last night. I will keep you updated but first impression is good. It has a lighter texture which I liked. No skin reactions to it. It is so hot today here.ally.5

i TA a mascara. Bit miffed as it’s the one that came in my Birchbox. The wand is too bristly and I can feel it scratching my lashes. The wand broke away from the top saw well. Shoddy goods.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I can also suggest Über Youth™ Re-Elastic Concentrate Serum from Beauty Pie if you are looking for something new and if you are a member, no retinol but it is a very impressive product.
I had a bath last night after very stressful, two long days at work - UU TBS Mango Bath Bomb and Arad Dead Sea Bath Salts.
TBS Bath Bombs are amazing value for money, I WBA. I bought the Sea Salts from TKMaxx when it was reduced. I think it was ok but nothing special, WNBA.
Also UU'ed Loreal Day Triple Active - This is a very thick cream and whenever I tried to use it, I broke out so eventually I used it up as foot cream and it worked wonders for that purpose. WNBA.
Caudalie - The Eye Cream - Another product from LF Beauty Box, it was nice.I'm not sure if it is available anymore and Caudalie isn't a brand I normally purchase.

A few INs today:
Corsx Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser 20ml
Purito Comfy Water Sun Block SPF50+ 60ml
JKosmmune Lotion 1ml sample
Lagom Cellup Gel to Water Cleanser 1.5ml sample
I really like the Purito SPF so I've got another one ready for when I finish my current tube. Added the cleanser to get free shipping and to try a bit more.6 -
uuSanctuary Spa 2 Day Shower Moisture Oil 250ml - WNBA, I bought two of these ages ago and this was the second one, I don't think you can still buy this but I wouldn't anyway, it smells lovely but the bottle is gone in no time, I put this on my hand and then direct to my skin rather than on a puff or sponge, I feel that to get the benefit of the oil this is the best way to use it, it does lather but it is very hard to get the right amount of water on your skin to do so. Nivea do (or used to do) a shower oil which is much better imo.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Considering this ABH lipgloss done. I really don’t like the glittery particles. Have 3 more of them.

One UU this morning:
Maui Moisture Agave Conditioner 385ml - WDBA and have done. Love this and the matching shampoo, my hair feels so nice and healthy after using these for a good while now. I've been bleaching my hair for the past 10 years with Live Colour Absolute Platinum, and I've never had any disasters or breakage from doing so, but this has really helped my hair a lot.
