Instagram comps

It seems that most of the comps on here are instagram comps. the thing is Ive been doing comps for mnay years and nver won abean from insta comp. So I tend to avpid them but then there doesnt sem much left. any ideas, any hints tips, advice? many thanks be kind.

Most of the comps do appear to be instagram, I don't do them either. Hopefully things will get back to normal after lockdown.
