Total Fitness - is anyone there?!

Is anyone aware of ANY way whatsoever I would be able to get in contact with someone (ideally management) at Total Fitness at this time? I have tried myself of course, but they aren’t currently contactable by telephone. When I email them it gets bounced back as undelivered (I presume they have temporarily stopped accepting emails). And I have attempted contacting them via all social medical channels and still no response. Whilst I understand the majority of gym employees will have been furloughed, surely there must be a skeleton team working through emails/enquiries on reduced hours I can get in touch with?
I have an important and urgent billing issue to discuss with them.
