Turning Debt Darkness Into Power

I am back! I have moved a fair bit since this thread started and thanks to a critical illness diagnosis and resulting treatment, as well as some admittedly poor choices too, I am unfortunately back in the pit of debt and am keen to get back on the bandwagon of being good and saving up!
Current status:
• -£200 in the current account (overdraft)
• £29 in my savings (thanks round ups!)
• Payday Thursday
• Need to call student loans tomorrow to question why I've had no statements in years and why my account is suddenly showing a payment due of £250 a month (I am a low earner so this is definitely incorrect)
• Hoping for 10 no spend days this month
• Aiming for maximum 1 takeaway per week - this is my main vice and as I am now disabled it is unfortunately extremely convenient so I lean on it as an option far too often!
• I want to get out of my overdraft come Friday and stay out of it! I should have known I cannot be trusted with one.
• I would like to have some money in savings this month, not just round ups, but it depends on payday and how much I come out with. I have a birthday present I need to buy and my cousin will visit in a few weeks which will no doubt result in spending!
• I'd like to get at least 10 hours of overtime in this month, it depends on business needs but every little helps!

Currently at 3 NSD for this month.
Just got paid and am out of overdraft.
I have sorted the Student Loans problem! Thank goodness!
Currently at 4.5 hours of overtime for the month - it is super busy at work!
I have unfortunately broken the takeaway rule this week but will try to be better behaved! It is easy to buy one to celebrate payday 🙈
