Is this company in good standing. I checked last company house records and it show that they are in minus £3 million debt.
The license is with viral interactive who have left the market.
They are late again in providing a confirmation statement.
They are in debt to me . Looking at company on company house rush partners do you think they are stable? Have I lost my money do they owe me a debt

There is no UK company called Fansbet. The one at Companies House folded over 6 years ago so not the same.
The website is Maltese and so is the company (Viral Interactive). You can though sue in the UK courts and have the debt transferred to Malta under EU regulation as long as you are quick. Brexit and all that.

- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's
- When on someone else's be it a road, a pavement, a right of way or a property there are rules. Don't assume there are none.
- "Free parking" doesn't mean free of rules. Check the rules and if you don't like them, go elsewhere
- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's and their rules apply.

You have to separate the difference between a brand (owned by Rush Partners) and the company that has the licence to take your money (the Maltese company). If you want to link the two in some legal way, you'll have to hire a(n expensive) lawyer.
Some of the exponents of brand licencing are very, very rich but untouchable e.g. Branson, Trump and Ronald McDonald. I may be wrong about the last one.0 -
