Hello
I am looking at remortgaging and wanted some advise please. We have sub accounts to our mortgage so just below half is due for renewal now and the other next september. I was wondering what peolle thought the best option would be.
We are currently thinking to pay the SVR of 3.59 for august and september until our warly repayment fee drops to 1% (currently 2%) and having payments for new mortgage to start in October but fixing in the new mortgage now at a rate of 1.26%
Thoughts would be great or if need more information ...its hard to know what to do for the best
