Natwest new deal time

Hi,
My current 2yr fixed with Natwest is up for renewal. Of the rates below which in your opinion would be the best to go for at the minute? I'm swaying towards the 5yr fixed with fee (any fees would be added to the mortgage). I don't want to move away from Natwest at the minute as I'm not sure another lender would lend us enough based on our salaries even though we are very comfortable paying it at the moment and haven't missed a payment in 10 years, and I want an easy change. Currently owe just short of £110,000 over 25yrs and we pay £512/month at the minute. I did see a 5yr deal @ 1.53% with £995 fee and £250 cashback but it's for anyone not currently with Natwest which is disappointing;

Comparing mortgage deals and comparing how much debt will be paid off is useful including fees

2 yr vs 5 yrs is personal preference and if you will go down a LTV bracket in 2 yrs or 5 years"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
