Update: now they are telling me they need to 'process my PILON through the next 2 months May & June'
Wouldn't that mean that technically I would still be 'employed' by them until the end of June... when in reality they terminated me on 19 April? What are the implications?0 -
As previously pointed out to you, if your Holiday pay is rolled into your hourly rate it must be shown as a separate item on your wage slip. If this is not done then they have not paid you holiday pay and you're entitled to holiday pay...0

Still no sign of P45
Can't really afford a lawyer at this point so I've started by sending a dispute to ACAS
I guess not much else I can do at this point?0
