  • How much is it going to cost you to remortgage to a new lender? May well negate any benefit of a lower rate of interest given the low amount you owe. 
    @Thrugelmir I think it will cost me £89.40. Lending fee to old lender of £195. Legal fees of £394.40. Then I get £500 cashback :)
