Hi,
Think Im reading this on the Halifax website right and Im down to just under 9k left now so going to bang this out as much as possible...
End of my current Halifax deal 1st May. I take it it moves onto a variable then automatically?
Also anyone know if you can do as much/many overpayments as you like then?
When you get to zero I presume theres no ERC?
STAY SAFE
Cheers.

Yes, that's right, after you finish your deal 1st May, it moves to SVR, and you can then pay as much as you like without penalty, which is exactly what I done, although SVR was a higher rate, I didn't want tied into another 2 year deal so I could overpay as much as I could afford and be MF before the 2 years was up, had I been in a deal I would have had to stick to the 2 years or pay a ERC.    I wasn't charged any ERC when I cleared my mortgage.
    Good Luck.
