Personal Tax free amount

Options
I have recently moved jobs and earned more in my previous job. I have been issued with a tax code SK2033 and a tax free amount of  negative —£20349...
can someone explain this and how much of an effect it will

Basically you will be taxed on £1694 and pay £343 per month in tax before you earn anything so if you earn £2000 per month you will be taxed on £3694.  What has happened to cause this ?  Do HMRC think you have 2 jobs ?
