BOTOX etc

Does anyone have any idea how I could go about offering botox injections. I am a qualified nurse and am willing to pay for training. Thinking of doing this in my spare time ...as in need of extra cash. I appreciate I would need to be fully insured.

i believe you need an open ended prescription to prescribe botox to patients so you will need to look into that

I'm a medical student and as far as I was aware you have to get nurse practitioner status before you are allowed to prescribe such things. I have only ever seen a doctor adminster the injections but this was in the NHS so it might be different privately. I'd suggest you approach Bupa or your local cosmetic surgery institution who would be better able to advise you.
