Wills ?

I have been contacted by a company named "Trust Inheritance" offering to write a new Will for £49. Has anyone any experiance of this company? or advice on how I can 'check' them out?

    Avoid them.

Other people have posted about tactics of these companies. Apparently they charge you small fee to write the will but hard sell extras like being excutors of your estate.

If either you or a spouse is in a union they offer a free will service if your will is simple. Otherwise your better off seeing a solicitor or a registered will writer (http://www.ipw.org.uk) and paying that little bit extra.
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p
