Mortgage Renewal

Mortgage can be renewed soon
Going to stick with current lender as they offer exclusive rates to existing customers so not interested in re mortgaging.
Anyone recommend good brokers to get best rates from in case they have better rates than direct.
One I will use is Mojo as they were good before but open to others but no fee brokers please.
Comments much appreciated

    Why not search yourself ?
You don't want to pay anyone and there are loads of comparison websites.

Martin has an article on this website called

We actually got a remortgage deal from a broker through Halifax (who we are already with) and when I called Halifax directly to check if they could match it they couldn't. They even said brokers can get better deals at times.

Why do you need a broker if you are staying with same lender? It’s a straight forward process which is done on line and you choose the product you like from the ones available to you once you are going through the process

If you are staying with the same lender then you are switching products rather than remortgaging (unless you are wanting to borrow more), so no broker needed.

For some Lenders, if you are staying with the same Lender, you definitely need a Broker or you won’t get the full range of options.
