@Strizy123 you need to speak with a whole of market mortgage broker, they can then potentially place you with the most suitable lender.

Go through all your other posts, reread the comments and find a broker.

I appreciate you now have a 10% deposit, compared to 5% a day or so ago, which may help, but (most?) adverse lenders are not taking on new customers, those who are will require more than 10%.

You may get placed with a mainstream lender, but a £5k CCJ may be enough for the more relaxed lenders to say no.

We can all say who our lenders are, what % deposit we have had to put up, but all that will do is lead you to doing pot luck applications, potentially get rejected and them getting rejected due to too many applications in a short space of time.

Get your credit reference agencies reports to a good broker and see what they say is possible, it's well worth the money.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

Probably best to wait until you've got 25-30% deposit, shouldn't take long seeing as you've gone from 5% to 10% deposit in a couple of days.

Speak to a broker just because 1 poster will suggest a lender its not a dead cert you will be offered a mortgage.
  • A lot of these adverse lenders won't even take direct applications (when they're taking applications!), so you're highly likely to need a broker whether you want to use one or not.

So I'd go back through and find a broker you're comfortable with and that can help you. Pot luck on the internet won't help, even if you did manage to get an application in.
