Free courses

Does anyone know of free courses that you get a qualification afterwards? It can be for disabled people.
Also is there a setting or something that tells you when there is a reply to your posts? I used to get them now I don't and I have not changed a thing! (no I don't want a computer course :s )

If you go to the list of threads in the board/sub-board where your post is listed, click on the "bookmark" icon which appears to the left of the thread name.
  • The Open University has a range of free courses. Scroll down to 'What is a digital badge' on this link

I would have liked to do alot of those courses but I might as well just take a photograph of my bookshelf there is no qualification at the end, such a shame!

I enjoy a very wide range of subjects that may or may not prove useful to have a qualification in the future(I wish I had a crystal ball)
    Wildlife
    Environment
    Sustainable crafts
    Fermentation
    Some aspects of health
    Self-sufficiency
    Permaculture
You get the idea but if it does not hold a qualification I might as well take photographs of my bookshelves. I probably should do some sort of computer program but I know I won't do it, I can't stand the things......unless its learning or purchasing things I need.

No I still have not got it, so I got to notifications but I can not open the link to see the reply? It just opens the anniversary page......if there was an award for the person who has been a member for the most amount of years and still not worked out how to use the website I would win! Still don't want to do a computer course though.

Self sufficiency is probably the best place to start.

Bridgwater college and Newbury college both do a number of certificated courses by distance learning. If you google free distance learning and the college name above it will give you the list and how to apply.
I’ve done 3 in the last couple years and have fully accredited awarding body certificates for these.
