Selling a consent to let property

Hi, we are going to be selling a house we have consent to let on, when reapplying for consent to let each year (Halifax) they always had the question do you intend to move back, will we face any penalties now that we will be selling it and not moving back? We are selling our house and this house to move to a bigger house.

I wouldn't be applying to Halifax for the new mortgage.I am not a cat (But my friend is)1

No penalties. You will of course need the tenants to vacate in oder to sell the property. A potential financial penalty in itself.1
