Will my mortgage application after COVID-19 use furlough pay

Hi, me, my wife and daughter were planning to move house (I won't explain why but we have to) and have postponed due to COVID-19. We will be selling our current property and buying a property, and will need a mortgage. I am currently furloughed and the furlough pay is less than my salary (I am thankful I am furloughed and not lost my job). Due to the housing market slowing we will now have to wait for COVID-19 to settle down so will be applying for a mortgage once we find a house (most likely around July/August providing COVID-19 does indeed settle down).
Mortgage applications usually require the last 3 months wage slips - will I be able to use my wages slips (in effect my salary) prior to being furloughed or will I have to use my wage slips with furlough pay?

My understanding of this - as long as your salary has returned to regular levels and you can provide evidence that this is the case (letter from employer, most recent payslip back at 100%) then lenders will be happy to accept this. If you're yet to return back to work fully at the point of application, then they'll be using your furloughed salary (presumably 80%) as your set income.

If you are back in work you can use your full pay.
If you are still on furlough, it will be subject to the lender, some will still use your full pay I believe, others will use the 80%.
