Before the world went into lockdown did precise mortgages do 5% deposit mortgages

nope, 15% deposit for most cases. More if credit really bad.
They did H2B though which you can get with a 5% personal deposit and 20% government loan0 -
So they never did 5% before the lockdown0

Im not sure what more I can add.
Standard products were 15% deposits. Very bad credit would need more deposit, 20% usually.
Help to Buy mortgages for new builds were available with 5% client deposit and 20% government equity loan. This would be a 25% deposit to precise0 -
