Re-mortgage

Hi
I am due to re-mortgage in August, would I be wise in getting tied into a deal now?
I did a money supermarket comparison and a company Fluent Mortgages provided me with a good deal as I wanted to barrow more but they can arrange it now to start when my current deal expires.
Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Decisions are personal. What do you hope to achieve by waiting longer?0

What rate are you hoping to better? Have you factored in all the costs of remortgaging to a new lender as well, in making comparisons.1

Bit late to the party op, most of the 'good' deals were pulled a few weeks back. Make sure you compare what you were offered to best buy tables which MSE has for example, while not always updated or perfect, will give you ball park figure.
Alot of lenders have 6 months validity so no harm in doing it asap, I started mine a few weeks ago and still waiting due to turn around times."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Have a look right away, as said many lenders offer a few month of validity. My re-morgtage will hopefully complete today, the deadline for completion on the offer I have is 31st August. As for deals being pulled, I started my application a month ago looked again at comparisons out of interest and the rates offered to me had gone up by 0.05%, so whilst not as good not the end of the world. OP if you haven't looked into it yet my totally amateur opinion is to do so right away!
