Confused about form P55, claiming tax back from pension

Have taken out a lump sum from my drawdown pension to pay the remainder of my mortgage (all discussed months ago) , I paid most off in December, but left some until now to get the extra tax allowance as I cant work due to health issues,  (contribution based ESA support group) and will only get £5914.60 of taxable benefits during the tax year

Aviva have sent me an email saying to phone up HMRC and quote their employment ref along with my NI number to claim back.  I did this using the online form P55  in December but suffer memory issues (not dementia) and can't remember how I did it.

I have two choices, fill out the section
Do you expect to receive income from any UK pension during the current tax year?

which I feel is the wrong section as it implies I'm getting a regular income, however that section does allow me to put in Avivas employment ref number

or

Have you received any pension flexibility payments?

which I would have thought is what I have done as it's another lump sum taken from a drawdown pension, but this section simply asks for the Pension providers name, the amount I took out and the amount of tax they took off, it does not allow me to put in their employment ref code.

Should I just fill out the flexability section?  If I click on the PAYE section of my HMRC account, it shows the payment Aviva made to me today.

I did try phoning HMRC  (which understandably is a bad idea at this present time) , after listening to 10 mins of virus/self employed... advice, after taking my details and security checking me, I got put through to wait for an adviser, then got a message they are too busy, phone back later and was cut off.

Many thanks

The way things are going, soon we are all going to be victims of something or other.

Who will we blame then?
