Looking for a Pedelec/e-bike for an Overweight Rider

Options
Budget: £1100
Rider + load: 1.88m tall, 150kg total
Journeys: up to 17 miles (round trip) with max 4% grade (1 mile long)
Looking for: a decent legal pedelec/e-bike that will take my weight & load and manage the type of journey indicated.  Thanks in advance!

    I know it's beyond your budget but the new S3 from VanMoof launched yesterday looks sturdy, good for commuting and with built in security features. It was a sort of significant birthday for me yesterday and had a bit of money given to me so I put it towards one as a treat. Not spending much on anything else at the moment!
