Seller had accepted my offer on a house before covid 19 will they still do 5% deposit mortgages

I only have a 5% deposit and the offer had been accepted on the house but now we have gone into lockdown will they be doing them again as when lockdown is back to normal

Your need to involve a solicitor and get the survey/searches/ legal paperwork done.
