Full and final settlement - Sunny (Elevate International)

Hi
I sent the offer below to sunny in respect of some outstanding payday loans

Full and Final Settlement Offer
Account Number:

To whom it may concern,

I am writing in connection with the above mentioned accounts

I am unable to pay the debt in full. However I am able to make an ex-gratia payment in full and final settlement of the above mentioned account. I can offer £129. 38 as a full and final settlement of these debts

This offer is subject to the following terms:

Neither you nor any associated company will take any further action to pursue this debt in any way whatsoever.

I will be released from any further liability in relation to the debt.

You make update my credit profile to indicate that this debt has been paid in full.

I can make the payment within 5 days of receiving your written acceptance of this offer.

So then today they have come back with the following

We would be happy to accept your settlement offer of £129.38.

Please be aware that any payments towards a settlement are completely non-refundable. Once you have paid the full settlement agreement then the remainder of the balance on your loans will be removed and it will show as partially settled on your credit file.

Please be aware it is your full responsibility to make the payment and failure to do so can have a negative impact on your credit file. You could also be at risk of receiving a notice of arrears or notice of default if not already received

So my question is that it I make the payment case closed ?

Thanks
