Sainsburys customer services NOT answering phones

Has anyone any tips on how to get through to customer services. Had a delivery on Friday, self-isolating so left at door. On unpacking found that the 6 Hock wine boxes were in fact only 3 and the rest was dry white which I don't want. Before you could just email but that option has gone.  I have spent literally hours over the past 2 days hanging on to the phone and just cannot get through. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Under the current circumstances all you can do is to claim an automated refund for the unwanted substitutions. They can't now take them back.Use them for cooking? (You prefer hock to dry white? :))

I have to ask, Is it possible if you are ordering six boxes of hock in your weekly shop that it may be worth speaking to your GP about your consumption?

There was no mention of it being a weekly shop. I presumed, from their unfamiliarlty with the procedures, it was the OP's first home delivery under the current circumstances and that they were stocking up. My unasked question was what the OP would've wanted the customer service person to do?

Many of the supermarkets have a limit of how many of each product you can have 3 is quite normal ....6 boxes of wine is a lot maybe they didn't have the stock. Have you gone back into the order and requested a refund?
