Pregnant and problems with teeth

Hi so im due to be induced in 3 weeks time, for a little while now (and i have been to dentist about this) i had a receeding gum (black triangle hole where gum should be) between two teeth. Just the other day i have now noticed i either require a filling in one of these 2 teeth effected by the receding gum or it has broken enough to now cause a black hairline between the two teeth that i swear were once touching each other.. Few questions:

my dentist will only see people in a emergency would this be classed as one? tho there is pain it is not severe.

Will this continue to get worse or ease off as soon as baby is born?

Is this ok to leave alone for now or will it just progress and get worse, my biggest concern is losing the tooth that now either requires a filling or has caused the new black hairline between the two teeth..

The only people who will be seen are those in dire emergency because the risk from dental treatment is so high to you , everyone around you, other patients and the dental staff it has to be in extreme circumstances . 

If you have decay it is nothing to do with pregnancy , so you must look at what you are eating and drinking and cut down on the number of times a day you are eating or drinking something sugary. 

If the pain gets worse , or your face becomes swollen phone 111 for advice, and obviously when things return more to normal make an appointment with your dentist.
