Wage Reductions

Can a business, just decide to give its staff a 20% wage reduction, without any say from the staff?

The business makes multi million pounds, and although they are still making a lot of money, their profits have dipped a bit due to the Coronavirus and the price of crude oil.

I would of thought staff would have to agree, most likely if they don’t, they will be told they will be made redundant.

Have you tried using the search function to look at the umpteen other wage reduction threads over last few weeks?

Why would they be made redundant? Their jobs won't cease to exist.
