Are mortgage rates likely to come down?

Our tracker deal ends in a few months time and I'd been keeping an eye on rates. I was kind of expecting them to come down when the BoE reduces the base rate to 0.1% but if anything they seem to have increased.
Do you think they are likely to drop over the next couple of months?

They will go up. How do you think all these mortgage payment holidays and bad debts are going to be paid for?1

as above, not to mention the risk appetite now with people defaulting and maybe repos going up"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

I imagine that for people with a small loan-to-value ratio that there may be a drop, but there could be an increase for people with low deposits.0
