My boyfriend and I are considering buying a woolaway bungalow but wanted to get some answers before so we can negotiate on the price. We know there are a few lenders who do these kinds or mortgages.
Do you always need a PRC certificate to get a mortgage?
And are woolaway mortgages more expensive generally?
Also, are they more expensive to insure?
