Built in mortgage fees advice needed?

My mortgage advisor has been furloughed so coming on here to ask for advice. My mortgage advisor built in all my payment fees (solicitors, brokers etc) into my mortgage so I don’t have to pay out of my own savings. However I have now been asked to pay for things already which means I will be paying from my own savings will I get that money that I had built in to my mortgage back somehow ?

Not unexpected. Not everyone can be paid by the solicitor. Sometimes you have to pay up front and then get it back when the money is advanced.
My mortgage advisor has been furloughedNext time use a mortgage broker (a localised one rather than a factory line one). Whilst home visits or visits to the office are not on at this time, mortgage brokers are still working and available.
