CRS debt collection on behalf of Three Mobile

I had all sorts of issues trying to cancel my contract with Three mobile. We eventually came to an agreement and I offered to pay there and then to get out of the contract. Having been told to call back and pay I was unable to get through. They sent me a bill with options of ways to pay, none of which I could do. They closed their call centres, because my contract had ended I could no longer log in to the site to pay. They have now referred payment to CRS collections and I have 2 worries about this.
1. Will this affect my credit file.
2. Their website does not have an https: address.
Not sure what I should do as I just want this sorted, I only need to pay £27.00

You don`t have online banking/debt card/telephone at all ?

Yes it will effect your credit file as the account has, most likely defaulted.

CRS are a DCA based in Halifax, and are regulated by the financial conduct authority, a new comer to the game granted, but you can pay your account online using there secure payment portal.

I've paid the balance through CRS. Yes I have online banking etc.. I was unable to contact 3 or find anyway to pay online due to my account being closed and every way they offered involved my account number which no longer existed.
