    Hi there

I do a drambuie sauce...so it will be pretty much the same..and soooo simple

I finely chop onion and saute it until soft, then throw in a measure of alcohol and cook for a min or 2 to evaporate the alcohol a bit, then i throw in a tub of creme fraiche..or cream... and plenty of cracked black pepper and salt and cook over a gentle heat until hot...
I prefer creme fraiche as it has a slightly less sweet taste..
My hubby n brother love a fillet steak on top of a bed of haggis and that sauce poured over
    Hope it helps
