OR interview

Myself and my husband applied for BR on Monday which was approved on Tuesday so now we are waiting to hear from the OR.
I'm absolutely dreading it. I know everyone probably does but I am currently suffering extreme ill health, physically and mentally including severe debilitating anxiety.
Am I right in thinking, under current social distancing measures, it's pretty much a definite that the interview will be by phone, not in person? I have terrible panic attacks - phone interview will be bad enough but in person would finish me off!
Is it likely to be a joint interview with myself and my husband at the same time?
My circumstances are pretty straightforward but my husband's is a little more complicated (he ceased trading as a sole trader March 2019 but still has clients waiting for pre-payments to be repaid). His communication skills are pretty poor and I worry he will struggle to explain sufficiently when asked to. Am I overthinking this?!
Thanks in advance from a nervous wreck!

It's more than likely your interview will be by phone...usually face to face are for more complicated cases eg business or multiple properties. Due to restrictions now I'm sure most will be over the phone.
I think although I have no experience that your interview would be separate but as said just my thoughts.
Please don't worry have your paperwork in front of you and take your time answering.
They are usually very understanding and professional.
Mine was absolutely brilliant and very respectful and helpful

It will definitely be over the phone. All the Insolvency Service offices are closed. They aren’t there to judge, they’re there to gather information. Honestly, don’t overly stress about it (easy days, I know). Just be honest.1

I had my interview on 02/04 over the phone.
As above, have your application and paperwork in front of you as you will need to refer to it throughout the interview.
Mine lasted about 50 mins and was nowhere near as scary as I had imagined. They just want to know the facts and the gentleman who I spoke with was really nice and very understanding.
I had to follow up the interview with quite a lot of additional information, I'm still being asked to provide letters and paperwork.
Don't worry, it'll be fine1 -
I had one after my bankruptcy by phone, the OR was pleasant, to the point, and just wanted to gather facts. Mine was just under an hour if I recall, and none of the questions were designed to catch me out. They are just building together the relevant information as required. It's not something to overly stress about (although i appreciate you'll be going through a stressful time - things will get better!) Let us know how you get on once it's done and dusted.0

I am preparing to make my BR application.
My debts are just credit cards.

During interview I needed to keep referring to my application form, which you'll have access to once you've paid and submitted. Also, have details of all your debts; balances, original creditors, reason for debt etc.
I would also recommend writing down how you got into debt and why you feel bankruptcy was the best option. Wish I had done this as when I was asked, I panicked and started crying
Since my interview, I've needed to provide; tenancy agreement, car insurance policy, car finance agreement, letters I've sent to mortgage lender, previous DMP information. What you will need to provide though will depend on your circumstances.
I had 2 bank accounts; Barclays basic, which I opened just before bankruptcy, has remained open. First Direct account, which had overdraft, has been frozen and closed (I think).
Hope this helps0 -
My interview was only approx. half an hour. I didn't have to provide anything as far as I can remember, apart from a blanket authority to let them access whatever they want (they kept chasing me to sign and return it). Legally I'm sure they could've still accessed my data without it, but there we go!
As Rumba says, requirements can vary a lot though. When I did a subject access request after discharge, I can see they ran 'soft' credit searches on me (presumably to total up what I'd declared vs. what they could see, as well as check conduct/history I guess) and also wrote to all creditors (standard requirement). They also got hold of tonnes of bank statements (going back well over a year) for two of my accounts, but didn't bother with the others (even though some were massively overdrawn). So it does massively depend on which OR you get, the complexity of your case etc.0 -
I had to attend in person.. was straight forward.. genuinely nothing to worry about. They just want the facts . Just be honest. Part of my debt was through gambling, not proud of it.. just be upfront.0
