JSA, P45, and Self Employment help please.

Hello there everyone, received a P45 today from HMRC and not sure if I have managed to put the cart before the horse. Bear with me ...
Registered as self employed sole trader for over 20 years.
Last work done was Sunday 8th March 2020 - musician and entertainer, so pub and club closures, (13th march), shut me down overnight.
Not eligible for Universal Credit as wife has savings above threshold.
Made online claim for JSA on 18th March before Govt. announced SSP for self employed.
JSA claim refused and case closed on 9th April due to insufficient N.I. over last two years.
Today, 16th April, I receive P45 from HMRC.
So, in the meantime, whilst I was digitally running around like a headless chicken and panicking, Govt. comes up with the HMRC scheme to assist self employed with the average profits grant. My question is this: has receiving this P45 today affected my eligibility for the self employed grant scheme? I have filed returns every year up to and including 18/19 but I am fretting that the P45 has somehow changed my status in the eyes of HMRC. Hopefully not, as I am still intending to continue to trade as before, if the status quo ever returns to something representing "normal". My HMRC Gateway account still appears to be as was apart from under the PAYE heading it now shows the JSA claim with £0 and a closing date.
Thank you for reading,
M

Are you sure it isn't DWP who have issued the P45 (following the end of the your Jobseekers Allowance claim)?
HMRC only issue P45's to their own staff (who have left employment) and people who have made a refund claim for tax paid on a job (where the tax year hasn't ended yet).0 -
Well, I suppose that it might be but it says HM Revenue & Customs at the top so I just assumed, given that. I am not particularly aware how the departments integrate but I suppose that perhaps the DWP come under the HMRC unbrella.
EDIT - just looked on the reverse of the envelope and the return address is indeed DWP, PO Box 585, Belfast BT1 1DW.
So does that mean I am concerned over nothing? ...
Thanks,
M

Possibly. Are you continuing in self employment?
Albeit with no immediate prospect of any work.0 -
Yes I am - assuming, of course, that it still exists when the establishments re-open.0
