    Also from when instructed- completion of the valuation/offer, how far apart were these if you dont mind me asking.

    I didn't get to see the survey results from my desktop valuation. Just an email stating that the valuation had been done and what it was. I'm my case £30k under price agreed. They won't do any appeals either.

    Who was that email from your broker?

    I had an email from my broker with the Natwest email attached. The Natwest email was very basic.
