Has anyone had any experience with them? Efficient, slow, any other info would be welcome.

I haven't had experience with Loughborough per sae, but we've recently got our mortgage offer through Yorkshire Building Society & they were extremely quick. Building Societies are generally known for being efficient & more lenient with their cases than high street banks. Are you currently going through an application with them? It took 9 working days for us from application to offer.0

Yes I’m currently going through an application. Although I think everything should be ok, it’s just a stressful time. I’m prepared either way for the answer but the waiting is a killer ☹️0

We use them a fair bit. They use a lot of common sense, they will never be the quickest as everything is done manually but they are not slow.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
