Changes to NHS Jobs Application Form

Hi, has anyone else noticed a change to NHS Jobs? In the qualifications section a free text box now appears. Has anyone else come across this? Previously there has been more of a structured page to input your qualifications including professional registration details. How have people set out their qualifications within this free text box?
