Hello anyone had this?  March 2020 receive letter from Halifax saying that as interest rates have gone down my new payment will be ....... April 2020 receive same letter from Halifax stating same reasons that interest rates have gone down and my new payment will be £20 more than the march letter !!!???? Cannot get through to Halifax by telephone .... Took day off work (key worker). ... Went to local branch to ask for clarification only to be told that they cannot help I need to call help line .......

    You took a day off work to sort out £20?  If you wait a few weeks things will get back to normal and phones will be manned.  If you have overpaid then it will be sorted by them.
