Has one one within the last few weeks received a valuation and offer on the same day ? We did back in January (changed property now) and valuation was done last week (remote/desktop) and still no sign of offer or update.

    Have you recieved your offer yet? We are waiting for ours. Submitted last outstanding documents, valuation done 2 weeks ago. Still waiting to hear... our broker said Nationwide are really slow with picking up cases at the moment.

    Yes, it came through on Friday 17th.  22 working days in total! My previous ones had been done in 5 days.  Worst wait ever! But we got there in the end :) Good luck!
