Furlough Return to Work

Hi I have recently been furloughed for a 3 week period, I'm 65 with high blood pressure, my wife is 72 and has massive covid anxiety.
I possibly could be recalled after my 3 weeks, my wife is not too keen on me going back if recalled.
Would I be classed as high risk? Would my wife be classed as high risk at 72?
Could I extend my furloughing or say that because of the risk to us, refuse to return when they ask for another few weeks.
Thankyou for reading this.
