Witness or Guarantor ?

Hi Guys , quick question a cousin of mine wanted me to witness and sign this this document but I am being wary of what I am signing , can you tell me if I am being taken for a mug ? I need to sign page 9 of 10 where is says in the presence of a witness ..

If you're signing the witness bit, you're a witness to the guarantor's signature.
If you're signing the guarantor bit, you're a mug.2 -
And if you're witnessing it, you should only do so if you actually watch the guarantor signing their name.
The guarantor bit is if you agree to pay all of your cousin's debt if they can't pay it. Don't do it. The only reason they need a guarantor is that the lender is pretty dang sure your cousin will stop paying, and they want some other poor sucker like you to get stuck with the bill.0
