Hello everyone,
I hope you're all keeping as well as possible, during this very stressful time.
I was wondering whether anyone, would be able to recommend me a blood pressure monitor. I have high blood pressure, which is managed by medication but I have not had it checked for some time.
Many thanks in advance

They are all pretty much a muchness as long as you buy a known brand (or aldi etc if they have them in, though right now I'd just be doing amazon!). Just avoid the dodgy cheap (or indeed expensive) no brands and also any silly overpriced brands 9always some company that thinks there name allows them to rip people off).
Most important thing to remember is to get a cuff of suitable size (and note that most are printed on for left arm taking not right (not that you can;t do em, just you have to adapt the lining up).Would not bother with wrist ones as no good for accurate reading. (and remeber sit down put it on, take read, take another in 5 mins which might be accurate!).I currently use this

Though I got mine in Aldi when they had them. Seems near enough to docs readings when I take after I have come home (after sitting for a bit!) (though I think I got a medium cuff with so find the right one for you!).1 -
