Why are the CMS involved? This seems like something quite easily calculated between the two of you.

She’s not amicable at all she’s narcissistic unfortunately that’s why I left her. It’s all a game she takes home 15k a month and demands child Maintenance. Says it all really, everyone who knows what’s going on , on both sides says she’s out of order.0

Yes she takes home 15k a month. Fine. But you have a duty t support your children, doesnt matter if it's £30 a month or £300, or £3000, you pay what you need to, proudly.2 -

Trust me, the best lawyers in the country wont matter.
Courts put the kids first. There's actually very little a solicitor adds to this. These judges aren't there to listen to points of law, they are there to put the kids first. I'd be very confident of getting those extra two days as courts would see no reason why a childminder would be better placed for the kids develpement than their father.0
