Couldn't you wear a mask & be fastidious in wiping down machinery before you use it?
but I'd second the advice about leaving the group chat group.....that's just asking for trouble1 -
With your opening comment are you suggesting that they may treat this differently?happyandcontented said:I don't think that there is necessarily a link between them never having been off sick previously and them taking time off for this virus. Personally, I think that if you feel you have to work then it is probably best not to dwell on something you have no control over,
There's a chance anything could happen in life. There's a chance that the moment i click post comment on this post, at that precise second in time a lightning bolt could come and strike me square on the head even though it's been a nice day for the weather and it shows no signs of lightning any time soon.
But knowing this person as i do, i would be absolutely gobsmacked if they didn't turn in.
As you say, i have no control over them coming in or not. I was just a bit unsure of what to do if they did come in, despite the fact they will have been carrying it before showing signs. That's why i thought i'd sound off of others.
Thank you for the straight answer Comms. Hopefully nobody where i work has it or gets it, including the public we have to deal with. That'd be the ideal scenario.Comms69 said:You report it to the police. 999 is technically appropriate as a potential offence is occuring. Yes, I was suggesting that. However, you know them better than I do and perhaps they really are the idiot you fear they are, in which case you have choices to make. I hope you stay safe.Forum_Name said:
