Hotter Sandals--- replacement insoles?

The insoles in my Hotter sandals always wear out before the sandal straps and soles. The replacement insoles that hotter sell are for shoes rather than sandals and quite thin and flimsy. Does anyone know of any other replacement insoles that would be suitable for Hotter sandals? The original ones are very substantial, removeable  and secured by velcro on the underside.  As the sandals are quite expensive I don't like the idea of throwing them out when there is a lot of wear still left in the soles and the sandal tops. (I don't suppose Hotter want people to replace the insoles, as they'd rather we bought a new pair of sandals when the original insoles wear out.) Thanks for any suggestions.

I have used DR Scholls insoles in hotter shoes.   You cut them to shape.
