Car & M/C Mileage Claim

Use my own transport for work, either car or motorcycle. Paid 45p per mile for Car & 24p per mile for Motorcycle. I have done 12k business miles this year, 9.5k Car & 2.5k M/C. When my total mileage (car & M/C) went over 10k I was only paid 25p per mile for car even though I had not done 10k mileage in the car.
Is this correct or should I be able to do 10k in the car only before I can only claim 25p per mile? Any thoughts please?
TIA

Yeah, that's normal:First 10k business miles 45ppm, after that 25ppm.
